Veronica Mars may be coming back - Hulu are working with Rob Thomas and Kristen Bell on a new series

EW are reporting that the warmly remembered series Veronica Mars could be returning via streaming service Hulu with both the show's star, Kristen Bell, and creator Rob Thomas on board.

Even though Bell is currently hard at work on the fantastic The Good Place, it is reported that the deal for the new series will allow her to work on both series.

Veronica Mars was originally cancelled after its third series in 2007 but was given a short reprieve in the form of a film in 2014 funded via Kickstarter. Both the series and film have a cult following and with Bell's increasing profile we they could both find a new audience with the revival.
