Constantine To Return For A Second Season Entitled Hellblazer?

With our superhero movie schedule seemingly scheduled for the next 55,000 years (though admittedly it is a little more vague after 2019...) television is getting in on the act with Agents Of SHIELD, Arrow, The Flash, Gotham, Agent Carter and Constantine currently broadcasting. Of those, three have gotten season renewals, while Agents Of SHIELD and Agent Carter are proving very popular and look to follow suit.

Poor Constantine is a different matter. It hasn't set the ratings alight over in the US and it seems to have gone by relatively unnoticed in the UK on Amazon prime. But the latest news suggests that all might not be lost and despite the first season being capped at 13 episodes by NBC, another season may be on its way.

Cinelinx has reported that NBC may hand over the show to SyFY, where ratings are a little less of a concern. It may also go by the title of Hellblazer. Everyone is suggesting that this is firmly in the rumour category, but it is the life sign fans have been looking for, particularly after NBC announced a whole host of season renewals with Constantine nowhere to be seen.

More news - and a confirmation either way - as we have it.
