Nathan Fillion joins A Series of Unfortunate Events season two
After the success of season one at the start of the year (and a third season announced before the second even airs), work is underway for the second set of adventures with the poor Baudelaire orphans and Neil Patrick Harris's evil Count Olaf. Now the first casting announcements have been announced for A Series Of Unfortunate Events season two.
Variety has reported that cult favourite Nathan Fillion has joined the cast, though is not known what character he will be playing (presumably one of the Baudelaire orphans' hapless wards?). Fillion will be joined by Tony Hale, Sara Rue, Lucy Punch and Roger Bart.
The second series will feature 10 episodes, each two covering the next five books in the series on which the show was based, Lemony Snicket, a.k.a. Daniel Handler, “Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events.
