Jennifer Jason Leigh Is The Latest Star To Join The Twin Peaks Revival

Given the huge anticipation around its return, there is still so much we don't know about the Twin Peaks revival. A few new cast members, such as Amanda Seyfried and Robert Knepper have been announced and now Deadline have reported that another actress has joined the cast.

Jennifer Jason Leigh was spotted on a night shoot in the Mojave desert with series star Kyle MacLachlan (Dale Cooper) and additional returnee Sheryl Lee (Laura Palmer).

There is still a lot of speculation about who is going to be in Twin Peaks and what it will be about. No one besides MacLachlan has been officially confirmed by Showtime and the recently announced Peter Sarsgaard went on to deny his involvement.

Catherine E. Coulson (aka The Log Lady) was ready to return to the show, but sadly died on September 28th. It is not known if she filed any scenes before her death.

Twin Peaks will be back - we think - in 2017, though even that hasn't been confirmed. We'll bring you more news on the revival as we have it.
