Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Update #1000000

While we've been bringing you news of who is definitely cast in the Doctor Who special, other than Christopher Eccleston we haven't as yet ruled anyone out. But here's our chance!

Three past Doctors - Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy and Paul McGann, currently doing conventions in Australia - so there's a good chance that as a result none of them are involved in the celebrations. Indeed, Doctor No. 6, Colin Baker was on Aussie breakfast TV and said "they’re actually making it now. So the likelihood is, as we're sitting here with you, that we don't be doing it.… You can see why they're not using me, because I look nothing like what I looked like originally. So the viewers would be very confused."

Hobbit star Sylvester McCoy went further adding "all the fanbases all over the world believe, but not the producers at the BBC".

That's as close to confirmation that we're going to get right now that at least SEVEN original actors (three have already passed away, Doctors six to nine are ruled out) aren't taking part. Anyone still taking bets on the remainder?
