Yet more acts announced for Black Deer Festival

The third round of acts has been announced for Kent's premiere festival of country and Americana. Leading this set of names are Billy Bragg, the fantastic voice of Yola, Ethan Johns playing solo, and Treetop Flyers.

The best acts of this announcement are a bit further down the list with the brilliants blues bangers Ida Mae (formerly part of Kill It Kid) and Roseanne Reid who plays Americana by way of Scotland.

Also confirmed are Bob Harris' Under The Apple Tree sessions, which will include Larkin Poe, Ferris & Sylvester, Ryan Bingham and Paul Cauthen as well as some of the artists announced today.

Alongside the music are a range of names for the Live Fire Arena, our favourite part of the festival last year (apart from Jason Isbell obviously...).
This year, Black Deer Festival’s Live Fire Chefs include US BBQ pitmaster and TV personality Ray ‘Dr BBQ’ Lampe, Temper owner Neil Rankin, NZ BBQ export Matt Burgess, foraging and game butchery guru Nick Weston, Co-Chair of The Guild of Food Writers Genevieve Taylor, food writer and stylist Gill Meller, award-winning beer & food journalist Melissa Cole, Matt Williams, Countrywoodsmoke’s Marcus Bawdon and SMOKESTAK founder David Carter.
