Win 1 of 5 copies of Simple Minds' Celebrate CD/DVD set

Following renewed interest in their work, last November Simple Minds played a four-date, sold-out arena tour in support of Celebrate, a career-spanning compilation of their four decades to date in music. Their homecoming show at Glasgow’s new SSE Hydro was filmed – the first concert ever to be filmed at the venue.

Now, Celebrate Live At The SSE Hydro is 93 minutes of Simple Minds live at the peak of their powers. From the opening aerial shot, over the city and the old docks, to the venue, then the band coming on stage to the most appropriate set opener for the location, ‘Waterfront’, the DVD captures the current line-up of Jim Kerr, Charlie Burchill, Mel Gaynor, Andy Gillespie, Ged Grimes and Sarah Brown exploring one of the richest, most influential and hugely successful catalogues in British music.

Elsewhere the CDs and DVD include the band’s groundbreaking songs ‘I Travel’, ‘Theme From Great Cities’, ‘The American’ and ‘Love Song’, as well as crossover material such as ‘Promised You A Miracle’ and ‘All The Things She Said’, and hits ‘Alive and Kicking’ and ‘Don’t You (Forget About Me)’.

We've got FIVE sets of the three disc (2xCD & 1DVD) collections to giveaway in a super-easy Twitter competition. All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning is pop over to our Twitter account, follow us (if you haven't already) and re-Tweet any posts you see with the hashtag #simplemindscomp
