Public Service Broadcasting Share Video For 'White Star Liner'
Public Service Broadcasting have this week released the video for the title track of their forthcoming EP White Star Liner.
The EP, which is due out on October 26th, tells the story of the construction of the infamous Titanic. The tracks were debuted earlier in the year at BBC's Biggest Weekend on the Titanic Slipways in Belfast where the construction of the ship took place.
J. Willgoose Esq of the group said: “I thought it was an interesting challenge to tell the story of the ship's construction as part of Belfast's proud industrial history, the spirit of optimism of the pre-war age that she represented, and then an abstract and, I hope, respectful depiction of both the sinking of the ship (represented by the repeated Morse code distress call, C - Q - D) and the discovery of the wreck in 1985.”
The group have announced that their final UK show of 2018 will be at the Royal Albert Hall on November 1st, before embarking on five weeks of European dates. Full dates and details are below.
