Polly put the kettle on

The new folk-savvy 4-piece from Winchester, Polly and the Billets Doux are set to perform a session on BBC Radio 4's Loose Ends at 6:15pm on Saturday 8th August.

Described as blues, folk, country and jazz with a dash of Americana and rockabilly, the band will perform the song “The City and the Sailor,” from their debut album, “Fiction, Half-Truths and Downright Lies,” released Monday 10th August.

In The Music Fix 7/10 review, Steve Burnett describes the album as– “the sound of a good time being had by all- uncomplicated music which is the meat and drink of the English summer festival circuit."

Why not see the band at their best and catch them on their current UK tour?
