Aiden Grimshaw has unveiled the video for his debut single 'Is This Love?', out on June 3rd through RCA.


Taken from her upcoming debut album Union (out June 25th on Surface Area), Saint Saviour's new single 'I Call This Home' is available to buy digitally now before a physical release on June 24th. Check it out below.

Saint Saviour will play two album launch shows at London's St. Pancras Old Church on June 27th and 28th. Tickets are on sale now.

Soundgarden have unveiled the video to 'Live To Rise', their first new music from them in 15 years, which features in Marvel Avengers Assemble and its soundtrack. Soundgarden recently announced the release of The Classic Album Selection box set, featuring four albums and their live album from last year, out on May 21st in the UK and Europe.


Seattle garage duo My Goodness are about to unleash their energy-packed blues rock to the UK and release their debut single ‘C’Mon Doll’ digitally on May 28th following their debut UK tour.

Their debut single ‘C’Mon Doll’ and b-side track ‘Lost in the Soul’ was recorded in Red Room Studios, Seattle with producer Chris Common from These Arms Are Snakes who also recorded their debut album scheduled for release in the UK later this year. Everything was recorded to tape – no Pro-Tools, no digital enhancing.

See them on their debut UK tour at the following dates this May in support of We Are Augustines.

2012 marks the ten year anniversary of Supersonic Festival, taking place October 19th-21st in Birmingham, which identifies the otherwise indescribable connections between experimental music, art, performance and film. To commemorate this impressive and very special milestone this year, Capsule propose to work with Supersonic alumni and emerging artists to celebrate the achievements of the festival thus far whilst also focusing firmly on the contemporary, as well as giving a warm welcome to many influential, era-defining artists over the years.

As ever, Capsule's programme has a sense of spectacle at the very heart of it, always aiming to capture the imagination of the audience, and with a friendly, bustling atmosphere to boot. As part of the initial announcement, Supersonic proudly present our first wave of artists confirmed for the festival and these include; Tim Hecker, JK Flesh, Dylan Carlson, Dope Body, Six Organs Of Admittance, Bohren & Der Club Of Gore, Flower/Corsano Duo, Carlton Melton, Goat, Lichens, Zeni Geva, Rangda and the Small But Hard showcase.

Lacuna Coil have announced they will bring their Dark Legacy tour to the UK later this year which will be the band’s only headlining run in the UK for 2012. The shows will feature a set of more than two hours, with material spanning all of Lacuna Coil’s albums. Front woman Cristina Scabbia commented: "The Dark Legacy tour is a dream come true! This tour will present the history of Lacuna Coil, melding old fans with a new generation of Coilers. The set will offer both the electric and acoustic vibe and absolute melodic epicness!" The band is touring in support of Dark Adrenaline, released through in January 2012.

The Minnesotan collective Doomtree play a clutch of dates this May across the continent, including several as main support for Yelawolf.

To coincide with this visit across the pond, they will be releasing single ‘Bangarang’ as a free download on May 28th, along with B-side ‘Fresh New Trash’. The accompanying music video features a guest turn from the inimitable Har Mar Superstar as he takes a turn on karaoke along with the crew.

Odonis Odonis are in the UK for Camden Crawl and Great Escape shows over the next two weekends, previewing their forthcoming second album Soft Boiled Hard Boiled (due late summer). Russian punks Biting Elbows announce the video for their new single ‘Toothpick’. No strangers to viral video success,Biting Elbows' last single ‘The Stampede’ has been viewed over 2 million times on YouTube.


Gallows have announced that recording for their as yet untitled third album, and follow up to 2009’s Grey Britain album, is now underway. Due for release in September, the band are recording with old Watford friends Steve Sears and Thomas Mitchener in a local studio to ensure they capture the raw, primal noise that is currently flooding from the new line-up of the band. The album will be released on the band's own label - Venn Records - in partnership with PIAS Recordings.

On July 23rd, Columbia Records will release Gossamer, the highly anticipated follow-up to Passion Pit's critically acclaimed 2009 debut album Manners. Passion Pit will then hit the summer festival circuit with appearances at Reading and Leeds festivals in the UK.
