American gory death metal pioneers Autopsy have announced that their new DVD Born Undead will be released on May 28th via Peaceville Records. The Born Undead DVD charts the birth, death & rebirth of the legends with an extensive documentary conducted with the band themselves, as they describe how the beast came to be, and the impact their music has had on the metal world over a span of more than 20 years. The film also documents the band’s long-awaited return to the studio & stage, and includes rehearsals of both new tracks & old classics for their live comeback assault. With hours of footage, as well as extras including the band’s promo video for ‘All Tomorrow’s Funerals’, ‘My Corpse Shall Rise’ & more.


Sons Of Noel And Adrian are back on the road and will be releasing a brand new collection of songs this year with their second long player Knots. The album will be released on May 21st on various formats across different labels: Broken Sound will put out the CD, Willkommen the digital and on One Inch Badge it shall be released on vinyl.

The vast musical collective have lined up a string of dates around the UK for next week, starting in Cardiff and ending up in Brighton;

Spoon Records and Mute are delighted to announce the release of Can - The Lost Tapes, the long awaited, three-CD box set of unreleased studio, soundtrack and live material. The Lost Tapes, out on June 18th, was curated by Irmin Schmidt and Daniel Miller, compiled by Irmin Schmidt and Jono Podmore, and edited by Jono Podmore.

After 18 years and eight studio albums, The Dandy Warhols are set to release their ninth studio album This Machine on May 7th. The album was recorded over the course of 2011 at their rock clubhouse-cum-entertainment megaplex/studio The Odditorium, with longtime engineer and sometimes producer Jeremy Sherrer. The Dandy Warhols will also make their return to the UK with three gigs this April;

Guitar-pop four-piece Lawson have announced that their debut single 'When She Was Mine' will be released on May 27th through Polydor.
