To coincide with their Oct/Nov UK headline tour, The Civil Wars will release 'Poison & Wine' as a radio single and re-issuing the EP of the same name on November 4th. The four-track EP features the title track, alongside covers of 'Talking In Your Sleep' (The Romantics), 'Between The Bars' (Elliott Smith) and 'Disarm' (Smashing Pumpkins). Tickets are still available for selected dates of their tour with full details below as well as the video for 'Poison & Wine'.

November 4th sees the release of 'See Ya Light', the latest track taken from Rita Ora's number one, certified gold debut album ORA. Check out the trailer for the video (which saw Ora return to her home country of Kosovo for the first time in eight years) below.

The four-track EP will feature the title track (which you can see the video for below) and covers of Jessie Ware’s 'Wildest Moments', The National’s ‘Bloodbuz Ohio’ and Hot Chip’s ‘Ready For The Floor'. Tickets are now on sale for their Electrowerkz headline gig on December 6th.
The Tricks will release their debut 7" EP 49 Mercury on November 5th through Unison Music group. The four-track EP features the title track (also available digitally on October 7th) and the three previous one-off singles released to mark their monthly Bop! club night - ‘Part Time Lover’, ‘On Trial’ and ‘Not Too Young’. Guitar maestro Gwyn Ashton is back with Radiogram, a hard-driving renegade rock and blues album that is out on October 22nd on Fab Tone Records. Radiogram, boasts nine self-penned tracks plus a phat groove version of Willie Dixon’s 'I Just Wanna Make Love To You'.
The rhythm section on Radiogram, features Ashton on bass, along with stalwart drummer Kev Hickman. The diverse guest artist roster includes Don Airey (Deep Purple, Rainbow, Whitesnake, Black Sabbath), Kim Wilson (Fabulous Thunderbirds), Robbie Blunt (Robert Plant, Bronco, Silverhead), Johnny Mastro (LA’s Mama’s Boys), Mark Stanway (Magnum, Phil Lynott), Mo Birch (UB40, Go West, Culture Club) and young up-and-coming guitarist Henry Parker.
A specially curated, new mash up of DJ Shadow’s ‘I Gotta Rokk’ track has been released for free download by London turntablist surgeon STEREO:TYPE and IRN MNKY.
Commissioned alongside six other incredible artists by Xfm’s Eddy Temple-Morris, STEREO:TYPE was invited to create a new mix using the former UNKLE members’ tracks, in a tribute to his career in music. The new mash-up blends classic samples from Guns & Roses, The Prodigy and Led Zeppelin cut into DJ Shadow’s beats.
Both Eddy and STEREO:TYPE will headline the decks of the Battersea Barge for this year’s Crossfire Halloween Massacre on Saturday October 27th following a skateboard jam with guest pro skaters at the brand new BaySixty6 skate park during the day. Infamous for promoting London’s most raucous Halloween parties, Crossfire will roll out a nautical themed boat party on the to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Titanic’s fatal destiny.
