Kodaline have announced their first-ever UK headline shows in November. The four-piece will play two shows in London at the Hoxton Bar & Kitchen and the Sebright Arms, alongside a Manchester date at Night N Day. Tickets are on sale now with full details as follows:

Public voting has opened for the MTV BRAND NEW for 2013‘s Unsigned Competition for 2013. The vote closes on November 12th when the top 20 artists will be put to a panel of MTV judges with the winner announced on November 28th at an exclusive showcase at the HMV Forum in London. To vote, go to


'I Want You Back' will be the next single taken from Noisettes' third album Contact. Out on November 12th through MONO-RA-RAMA, the track is out on the same day as the start of their four-date UK tour. Listen to the track below.


Lulu James has announced that her new single 'Be Safe' will be out on November 26th through Black Butter. The track was included on her debut EP released earlier this year but has now gone through production from Hostage and Kidnap Kid. Listen to the new version below.


'Sun' will be the next single taken from Two Door Cinema Club's second album Beacon, out on November 19th through Kitsuné. The band are currently on a month-long tour of the US before returning to the UK for a sold-out Jan/Feb tour. To whet the appetite, listen to 'Sun' below.


McFly have announced that they will release a greatest hits album entitled Memory Lane on November 26th, following the release of new single 'Love Is Easy'. Released via Island Records, Memory Lane features three new tracks alongside their singles and two previously unreleased demos 'That Girl' and 'Obviously' which were the first tracks they recorded together. There will also be a deluxe edition released, containing an extra CD of 21 rare and unreleased tracks.

Following their sold-out October tour, it has been confirmed that Everything Everything will be the main support on Muse's forthcoming European tour this November. New single 'Cough Cough' is out this Sunday (14th), with their second album Arc due on January 14th.

A career-spanning 4CD and eAlbum set taking you inside one of rock’s great bands in a unique full-length school yearbook and an array of amazing audio rarities direct from the depths of the band’s own vaults and personal collections, with unearthed gems also generously provided by family, friends, road crew, and long-time fans.

Housed in a very apt mini school desk design, this set features four discs crammed with demos, pre-production and rehearsal recordings of classic Alice Cooper tracks, radio spots, interview anecdotes, plus a full live show captured on the 1971 Killer tour – Live in St Louis – along with a 60-page yearbook charting the incredible rise of Alice Coopercomplete with many rare photos.

To be released ready on October 29th, this Special Edition is a condensed version of the original sold-out Old School: 1964–1974 super deluxe box set released in 2011.


After 12 years IATDE Records celebrate by basing their 50th release around Send More Paramedics a band that stuck with the label for three albums and a split release with Zombie Apocalypse (members of Shai Hulud). But that's not all, also kindly agreeing to celebrate this land mark release are IATDE bands past, present and future. Gallows, Feed The Rhino and Wounds have contributed covers of their favourite Send More Paramedics tracks. Stubborn Heart release a new single 'Starting Block' on November 26th, preceding their eponymous debut album (5th November).

The band perform their debut London show at the Rough Trade East store on the 5th November, with a show at SWN Festival on 20th October.


Sub Pop’s recent signings METZ have made all their previous works available for download from their Bandcamp in the lead up to the release of their highly anticipated debut. Now fans can get an idea of the musical journey of the band leading up to their self titled LP, due out on October 15th.

The download’s include three 7” releases: 'Negative Space'/'Automat', 'Dry Up'/'Ripped On The Fence' and 'Soft Whiteout'/'Lump Sums'.
