Factory Records Reborn



Tony Wilson has announced details of his new record label, F4. F4 Records is as the name suggests the 4th iteration of Factory Records.

Based in Manchester, It’s first release will be the debut single by local grime collective Raw-T. Titled 'Where we live', the single is produced by the band's beats man, DT with Zed Bias.

The single is will be released on Jan 31. Raw-T's debut album ‘Realise And Witness’ will be out in March.

F4 will also have download-only new material by Vini Reilly of Durutti Column as well as new material from Manchester’s latest “working class pretenders”, Young Offenders
Institute.

Tony Wilson was the founder of Factory Records. The label had Joy Division, New Order and The Happy Mondays amongst it’s roster of influential signings.
