The Sound of Arrows had quite the year in 2009 – releasing an astonishing, widescreen electro anthem in the form of ‘Into the Clouds’, complete with a DIY video of eyeball-popping cinematic fantasia, signing to a major label and recording their album, plus landing on “Ones to Watch” lists in a slew of publications and websites at the end of the year. But all that was simply a warm-up for what they have in store for 2010 and beyond.
Now, the Swedish duo of Stefan Storm and Oskar Gullstrand are back for a clutch of live dates, beginning in Paris before playing select cities in the UK, including an intimate, special performance in the rarefied environs of Hoxton Hall on July 5. This will be a rare opportunity to catch the band live this summer, and also to preview the dazzling pop treats The Sound of Arrows have got neatly tucked away for us this year.
The Sound of Arrows will be playing the following dates:
1 – Ruby Lounge, Manchester
2 – Cockpit, Leeds
3 – King Tuts, Glasgow
5 – Hoxton Hall, London
