Stagecoach are a band from various villages in the Surrey Hills. They started out as a two-piece, then added a member every year until they felt they could comfortably rock a stadium. Stagecoach wanted to make country Music but things evolved around the time they discovered their tape collections from 1993. their songs are about the usual stuff, Hot dogs chess leagues, Buffy. Their new Ep 'Crash My Ride' is out on Alcopop on July 19th.
Stagecoach have also put together a video for the song 'Map To The Freezer' which you can see in all its glory here:
The band recently played a load of one off UK shows (around recording 'Crash My Ride') such as an in-store at Pure Groove, Live at Leeds with Darwin Deez and We Have Band and the Recent Great Escape including a show with sharks in a barbershop which Huw Stevens rated as the best at the whole festival
