Reading & Leeds add new acts!

With less than 50 days to go, Reading & Leeds Festivals have announced some new names to the bill following the news that the Reading leg has now sold out.

Joining the NME stage alongside headliners The Courteeners, Bombay Bicycle Club & Disclosure are hotly tipped psych band The Wytches, and metal band Red Fang. Joining the BBC Radio 1 Dance Stage are Secondcity, Zinc, Milky Chance, We Were Evergreen, Nightbox and The Tea Street Band alongside headliners Netsky, Pendulum (DJ Set) and Flume.

Over on the Lock Up stage, joining headliners Jimmy Eat World and Gogol Bordello are Empress AD, Misty Miller and Blacklist Royals. Joining Palma Violets, Band of Skulls and Augustines on the Festival Republic stage are Childhood, Sweethead, Dolomite Minor, The Bohicas, The Royal Concept, X Ambassadors, Flyte and Twisted Wheel. And finally, returning for its second year, over on the BBC Radio 1Xtra Stage joining Giggs (the rapper, not the footballer) Pusha T, Danny Brown and Joey Bada$$ are Sinead Harnett, Sasha Keable, Mirror Signal, Bad Rabbits, Star. One and Tinashe.

We’d definitely recommend catching The Wytches, We Were Evergreen and Childhood. With Reading weekend tickets now sold out, festival goers still have time to catch tickets for Leeds via Festival Republic.
