Rakafeed debut with Colder
Rakafeed is a collective set up by producer/composer Rich Northen. Its sound is fundamentally ambient combining live instrumentation and electronica.
'States', is the debut album due for release in September 2010. It includes the talents of Sally Herbert, who has worked with Massive Attack, Bjork, Radiohead and Florence and The Machine, combined with the guitar work of Elliot King, who has worked closely with Skin of 'Skunk Anansie'. The first single, 'Colder', is accompanied by a stunning underwater music video, shot in Pinewood studios underwater tank (featured in The Spy who Loved me) and featuring the English National Ballet School's most recent addition, Matthew Koon.
