Nominations now open for MPG Awards

Nominations for this year's Music Producers' Guild Award are now open and they want your opinion.

Anyone who wants to nominate can do so by visiting the official website - www.mpgawards.co.uk - from now until September 16th. Any individual tracks or complete albums that you feel the producer deserves a nod for must have been released between 31st July 2010 and 1st August 2011.

The MPG Awards 2012 will be held next February in Cafe De Paris, London, with the winner of the producer of the year category, which last year went to Markus Dravs, automatically winning a BRIT award for best producer. A full list of the categories is as follows:
