Kyuss Lives! extend their stay in the UK

Kyuss is a band that needs no introduction, producing some of the most celebrated, inspirational and influential music to come out of the Palm Desert scene. Kyuss’s four albums provided the blueprint for a generation. The landmark 1992 Kyuss album Blues for the Red Sun typified the genre; is universally praised by both critics and fans; and is a staple in any discerning rock record collection. Kyuss’ legacy lives on with previous members having played with the likes of Queens Of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Fu Manchu, Brant Bjork and The Bros, The Dwarves, Mondo Generator, Slo Burn, Unida, Hermano and the legendary Desert Sessions….

Following the hugely successful and well received 2010 John Garcia Plays Kyuss tour, Garcia (vocals) along with original Kyuss members Nick Oliveri (bass) and Brant Bjork (drums) came together as Kyuss Lives! The bands lineup is completed by Bruno Fevery on guitar.

2011 will see Kyuss Lives! undertaking a full worldwide tour. The band will be drawing on their impressive catalogue to put on a series of sure to be legendary shows. This is one tour in 2011 that must not be missed…
