It's the Itch-E & Scratch-E show

Australian electronic music duo Itch-E & Scratch-E are back with a new single Other Planets (feat. MDNA). This controversial slice of dancefloor electronica is already capturing the attention of some of the most influential DJs in the world including Kissy Sell Out (“Gimmie!”) who recently played it on his BBC Radio 1 show, Steve Aoki (“Awesome”), Fake Blood (“Style Of Eye delivers yet again. Great remix.”), Tom Findlay [Groove Armada] (“Style of eye mix is great”), Lee Mortimer (“rolls very nicely indeed”), Moguai (“Style of Eye mix for me”), His Majesty Andre (“Style of Eye gives it the right twist”), Sydney Samson (“Style of Eye remix !!”), Deepchild (‘Audacious. Welcome back muthaf$*&s”), Shir Khan (“sick beat”), Mason (“Great Majik Johnson mix!”) and more.

Inspired by the remnants of the post punk/electronic/noise scene of the 80's, and coinciding with the rise of techno and rave culture in the early 90’s, iconic Australian dance act Itch-E & Scratch-E were born. During the years that followed Itch-E & Scratch-E, aka Andy Rantzen and Paul Mac, released album Itch-E Kitch-E Koo (1992) spawning the single "Sweetness and Light" which became a crossover hit, winning Australia’s equivalent of a Grammy for Best Dance Release.

The first taste from their new album Hooray For Everything!!!, due later this year, is the boundary crushing Other Planets featuring vocals from New Yorker MDNA, who Paul met years ago on tour in Paris. When Paul bumped into him five years later a collaboration was spawned around a new Itch-E & Scratch-E backing track that blew all involved away.

Other Planets is out now on Beatport with remixes from Style of Eye, Magik Johnson & more.
Album Hooray for Everything!!! is out June.
