T In The Park - Sunday - Balado

The Killers headlined the main arena on the final day of T In The Park but there seemed to be more fun happening over on the King Tut's stage, where Yeah Yeah Yeahs brought things to a fantastic close, as Karen O and her gang belted their way through their back catalogue.

It was great end to a festival packed with outstanding performances. The Main Stage headliners - bar Rihanna - could have been better but there were plenty decent acts on offer for everyone all weekend, with Sunday producing top notch turns from chart favourite Rita Ora, potty mouthed rapper Brooke Candy, The Smiths legend Johnny Marr and "Tulisa's little muffins", Little Mix!

The highlight of my T came from up and coming Scots act Chvrches, whose Sunday set just pipped Haim's Friday night stint to first place. The band delivered a rattling performance, showcasing tracks from their forthcoming album The Bones Of What You Believe, leading me to think it's going to be a cracker!

All in all, I'd deem T's 20th anniversary a great success, partly due to the wondrous hot weather, as it really made a difference. Here's hoping their 21st stays dry too...
