The Fix List: Dirty Heads

Funky, sweary, playlisty. California's top most rock/hip-hop/reggae/pop fused quintet, Dirty Heads, are touring their wonderfully sunny sound and have put together a playlist for us of their top tour bus songs.

Anderson Paak - 'Come Down'

"This has been our pre-show song for the last two tours. Epic bass line, makes me want to party just thinking about it."

Buena Vista Social Club- 'Black Chicken 37'

"The conga work on this song is ridiculous. I listen to it at every sound check and do my best to play along with that conga line."

The Frightnrs - 'Gotta Find a Way'

"This is the best new reggae album I have heard in a very long time. Sounds like it was recorded 50 years ago. The whole album has been on repeat on our tour bus."

The Frightnrs - 'Lookin For My Love'

"Like I said before, rad album! Check out those harmonies! That falsetto is so on point."

Mutemath - 'Changes'

"Been a Mutemath fan for awhile, there last few releases have been different, but still so rad. This song has a really cool vibe."

Kings of Leon - 'Around the World'

"You just can't go wrong with KOL. This is off their new album, they never disappoint."

Avenged Sevenfold - 'God Damn'

"On tour I spend a lot of time running. The first time I listened to this album I was on a run. I ran a 9 second mile. Thank you A7X. Thank you Brooks Wackerman, how are your feet so fast?"
Ed's note: No official video exists for this track. You can stream it in the playlist at the bottom.

Bon Iver - '22, A Million'

"Bon Iver has always been so original, I really appreciate that. I listen to this on long plane flights when I am trying sleep. Beautiful song."

The Beatles - 'I'm Only Sleeping'

"I think this is my favourite Beatles song. The lyrics are perfectly written and perfectly sang. Nice and lazzzzzyy, just like me."
Ed's note: Me again. Clearly these cheeky Scousers don't use videos as much so no legal vids are available. Soz.

Hozier - 'From Eden'

"This song always brings me back to a crazy European tour we did a couple years ago. This whole album was on repeat nonstop the whole tour. Still one of my favorite songs."
