Chris T-T Tours

Following the successes of an incredible 2008, Chris T-T -“British pop’s street-poet laureate and unsung genius” kick-starts 2009 with a tour and brand new material.

Coinciding with the release of his album ‘Capital’ in America (through Wine Cellar Recordings), Chris T-T is heading back to the States to embark on an exciting tour that will take in venues along the West Coast, across the desert and through Arizona before getting to Austin for gigs and official showcases at the coveted SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. This will be his third US tour, further establishing an ever-growing fan-base and media buzz from the independent press and radio stations.

Full dates, including two re-scheduled gigs in Northern Ireland with Frank Turner, and a gig on the Isle Of Man, are as follows:

6 Belfast Auntie Annies (solo)

As well as touring, Chris is also busy writing lyrics and demoing music for his sixth and seventh studio albums. A formidable creative force, he’s not only penning an all-out rock record with his band The Hoodrats, but a stripped down, acoustic solo album – further highlighting his incredible songwriting talents.

With further writing projects increasing his popularity, such as his widely admired column in The Morning Star paper and his hugely popular blog that over 500 UK-based people logged onto for his live entries on the US Presidential election; 2009 is looking like this unique and vital creative genius will be further catapulted into the nation’s consciousness where he belongs.
