The Teenagers - Homecoming

In addition to the burgeoning dance music scene in France comes the much vaunted new single 'Homecoming' by french dance/indie crossover act, The Teenagers.

Released by hot underground Indie label Merok records, the label seem to be on a bit of a roll at the moment breaking the likes of Klaxons and Crystal Castles with a soon to be unveiled top secret weapon, launching fully formed, in the form of Comanechi.

On 'Homecoming', the band blend together Arab Strap style spoken-word musings with filthy tongue in cheek lyrics partnering some fine danceable electronic flourishes in a Phoenix style vein.

The hype seems to be justified as 'Homecoming' will most likely find many a comfortable dwelling in the sweaty contours of a dj box, ready to pulled out and waxed to the max on turntables at all really good Indie clubs.
