Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds Abattoir Blues Tour DVD out in Jan



Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will release a live double DVD on January 29th 2007. The release features several songs from their Gold selling album Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus, in addition to an array of classic material from the band’s repertoire.

The two disc DVD contains footage of two live concerts: disc one is taken from the second of the bands’ three sold out Brixton Academy London shows filmed on 11th November 2004 during the “Abattoir Blues” European tour; the second disc offers excerpts from the Hammersmith Apollo show filmed on 7th June 2003 during the “Nocturama” tour.

The DVDs also include all the promotional videos from the last two albums, plus special bonus behind the scenes footage shot by Bad Seeds guitarist Mick Harvey during the making of the “Bring It On” video.
