Liam Frost and the Slow Down Family - The City Is At A Standstill

It may not be as delicately arranged and written as his previous single, but Liam Frost continues his upward journey with his new single. A little more boisterous and radio-friendly, it's still a quality slice of pop music. Liam's vocals are more prominent and direct this time around and the track feels like a soundtrack to a Friday or Saturday night out. The atmosphere the song creates reeks of bright lights, pubs and clubs all accompanied by strings, guitars and uplifting backing vocals.

This all bodes well for the future and suggests a bright future and an eagerly awaited debut album. Let's just hope the record label don't turn him to the dark side in the meantime.
