Welcome To Rockville announce new collaboration and festival app

Welcome to Rockville has just announced a one-of-a-kind onsite collaboration with Metallica’s Blackened Whiskey and Enter Night Pilsner in addition to announcing the band performance times, food and drink options, the release of their official app, and an official pre-party.

With the collaboration with Metallica’s Blackened Whiskey and Enter Night Pilsner, fans 21 and over can look forward to enjoying Blackened, a super-premium American whiskey crafted by the late Dave Pickerall, a master distiller who then finished the beverage in the music of Metallica. They’ll also enjoy Enter Night Pilsner, a collaboration with Stone Brewing Company. There will be a massive Boilermaker pop-up featuring Blackened and Enter Night Boilermaker, as well as craft cocktails and ice-cold Enter Night Pilsner for guests to cool down. This will offer guests a one-of-a-kind experience they can only get at the festival. In addition, the Welcome to Rockville Official Pre-Party featuring Amigo the Devil, Secret Social Club, and a special guest has been announced. This will kick-off the weekend on Thursday, May 2nd at 1904 Music Hall in Jacksonville. Doors will open at 19:00, and the first 100-day ticket or weekend wristband holders will get in for free. For anyone who wants to attend, general admission is only $10.

Food and drink at the festival include beverages from Bud Light, selections from Caduceus Cellars & Merkin Vineyards Wine Garden (owned by Maynard James Keenan, co-founder of Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer), cocktails from the Kraken Black Spiced Rum Heavy Tiki Bar, and local craft beer including options from world-renowned Tampa-based Cigar City Brewing.

The official Welcome to Rockville 2019 mobile app is now ready for download. Fans can build schedules, learn more about artists and personalities at the festival, and get the latest information. You can download the app through Google Play or the Apple store.

Tickets for the festival are available now.
