Poldark's Eleanor Tomlinson To Release Debut Album

Eleanor Tomlinson,

star of BBC's Poldark, is set to release her debut album in May 2018.

Entitled Tales From Home, the record is a collection of folk covers including Carole King's 'Tapestry' and Simon and Garfunkel's 'Homeward Bound'.

The album is produced by Poldark soundtrack composer Anne Dudley, who won a 2017 Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music.

Eleanor Tomlinson said: I’m incredibly excited to announce the release of my debut album Tales From Home. I would like to thank the Poldark fans who inspired me to make this album. Without their support, this would not have been possible.

Best known for her role as Demelza Poldark, she has recently starred in the Oscar, Golden Globe and BAFTA nominated Loving Vincent. Upcoming work includes a BBC adaption of Agatha Christie's Ordeal By Innocence and starring alongside Kiera Knightley and Dominic West in Colette.
