Weaves Share New Track "Walkaway"

After announcing the details of their second album, Toronto based band Weaves, have this week released the second single to be taken from it.

Inspired by the iconic final scene from the film Heathers, 'Walkaway' has been described by singer Jasmyn Burke as a song about empowerment and finding light in the darkness.

"This is a reflective song in tone ... It's okay to admit that we're vulnerable and having a hard time and sometimes you have to just walk away." Says Burke.

Their new album, entitled Wide Open is due to be released on 6th October followed by a number of European tour dates (detailed below).
