Victorious Festival 2016 - Day One - Southsea Seafront, Portsmouth
Victorious Festival takes place at Portsmouth's Southsea Seafront over two days, with around a dozen stages playing host to a variety of acts, including a kids area, making it a very family friendly event.
This was my third time attending Victorious, attracted to the Portsmouth bash predominantly by Saturday's line up on the two main stages, including a hits heavy headline set from Manic Street Preachers, New Wave favourites Boomtown Rats and Two Tone legends - The Selecter.
All three acts, impressed, especially Sir Bob and the boys, with renditions of singles 'Like Clockwork' 'She's So Modern' and 'I Don't Like Monday's' going down a treat!
Other highlights included Editors, Brighton's Levellers and singer - songwriter Izzy Bizu, with my final set of the night, from Emmy The Great, over on the Acoustic Stage a lovely way to end my evening.
