Mutya Keisha Siobhan - Shepherd's Bush Empire, London
Original Sugababes Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan released their debut single 'Overload' in the year 2000. The trio followed it up with their debut album One Touch appearing shortly after. Things seemed to be going well for the group in the months that followed, so it came as a surprise to fans (and possibly her band members ) when Siobhan Donaghy quit the three piece during a Japanese promotional tour in August 2001.
The remaining 'Babes continued as a trio, with Heidi Range stepping into Siobhan's shoes, with the group producing an array of huge hits throughout the noughties, even after the departure of Mutya in 2005. Surviving original member Keisha also called it a day in 2009, with the original's replacements pretty much limping into limbo at the start of this decade, with a muted split announced earlier this year.
Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan have recently patched up their differences, coming together as MKS, with the girls spending the last year or so recording tracks for their forthcoming album. The trio released their "debut" single 'Flatline" in August to great acclaim and have taken to the road to unveil their new material, One Touch classics and Babes hits to packed houses around the country, including the final night of their tour at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire, where The Fix could be found, camera in hand...
