Eric Burdon has completed his most personal album to date, titled ‘Til Your River Runs Dry; it will be released on CD, vinyl and digitally on March 4th by ABKCO Records. 'Water', the debut single from the album will be released to radio.
Also on Eric Burdon's musical agenda this year is a special collection celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Animals. This will pay tribute to one of the British Invasion’s most groundbreaking bands whose soulful ferocity resonates to this day. It will be released by ABKCO Records later this year.
Cophenhagen's The White Album will return to the UK next month for a one-off live date at London's The Slaughtered Lamb on March 5th. Having already received praise for last years Conquistador EP, this is a rare appearance from the indie-folk trio while they write and record their debut album. Support comes from London based Norwegian artist Farao. The band recently released the video for the track 'Seasons End', filmed in an deserted theme park a forest near Copenhagen.
The Smoking Hearts are set to play a run of headline dates in March to support the release of their new album Victory! on Bomber Music. It all kicks off with a free show at the Old Blue Last on March 26th.

Meat Puppets will release their brand new album Rat Farm on April 15th via Megaforce Records. The band - which consists of singer/guitarist Curt Kirkwood, bassist Cris Kirkwood, drummer Shandon Sahm, and new addition on second guitar, Elmo Kirkwood (Curt's son) - will be supporting their new release by once again hitting the road in spring.
Additionally, the band's entire career has recently been recounted in book form, with the release of Too High To Die: Meet The Meat Puppets, which retells the band's entire history. Assembled by journalist/Puppets fan Greg Prato, the book features recollections from its band members, as well as such admirers as Flea, Peter Buck, Kim Thayil and Henry Rollins, among countless others.
Vuvuvultures have announced that their next single 'Stay Still' will be released digitally through Energy Snake Records / Cadiz Music on March 25th. Before that, the band play London's Lexington on March 12th. Check out the video for 'Stay Still' below.

HEIGHTS will release their new album Old Lies For Young Lives on April 29th through Transcend Music. The album was recorded and produced by John Mitchell and Ben Humphries of Outhouse Studios, with the lead single 'Eleven Eyes' receiving its first play on the Radio 1 Rock Show with Daniel P Carter this week. London Grammar's debut EP Metal & Dust is out on February 25th through the band's own imprint label. The trio will play a sold-out headline London show at Electrowerkz on March 27th. Listen to the EP's title track below.

Finnish rock giants HIM have revealed the details of their long awaited new studio album Tears On Tape. Recorded in their home country with long-time producer Hiili Hiilesmaa, the new album is scheduled for release in UK & Ireland on April 29th via Cooking Vinyl’s rock imprint DoubleCross.
The band will also perform an extremely exclusive show at London’s Dingwalls venue on April 26th, giving fans their first chance to hear the new material in a very intimate setting before the album hits the shelves.
