French progressive metallers Gojira are to release their new live DVD The Flesh Alive through Mascot Records on 4th June 2012. It contains full live shows from Garorock and Bordeaux plus bonus material from the Les Vielles Charrues show, a documentary and a live CD.
Newport quintet The Dead Wretched explode into action with their debut album Anchors Down which is released on May 7th 2012 on Believe Revolt.
London four-piece Flats have announced that they will unfortunately have to postpone their forthcoming UK Tour which was due to kick off at London’s 100 Club on the 1st of May and run through May 2012.
The tour is now is being rescheduled for later in the Summer and subsequently the release date of their debut album Better Living has gone back to the 4th of June to coincide with the new dates, which will be confirmed very soon.
In the meantime, the new single ‘Country’, the follow up to last year’s ‘Never Again’, is available to download and will be released on seven inch vinyl on Sweatshop Records / One Little Indian on the 30th of April.
DIY Camden duo BIGkids have revealed that their second single 'Superhero' will be out on June 17th. To mark the occasion, they will play their first ever headline show at London's The Ballyhoo (formerly The Bowery) near Tottenham Court Road on May 24th. Tickets are on sale now and you can watch the 'Superhero' video below.
