New album from The Boxer Rebellion

London’s The Boxer Rebellion are excited to announce the digital release of their debut live album Live In Tennessee. The album features the entire 16-track set performed by the band at frontman Nathan Nicholson’s hometown of Maryville, TN. Recorded and mixed by Ben MacAmis at the Clayton Center for Performing Arts on October 12, 2010, it is an all-guns-blazing live record of epic proportions, containing four different album covers, a digital booklet, and available in high res and standard digital formats. Download a free MP3 of “Flashing Red Light Means Go” from Live In Tennessee here. The band’s largest UK headline show to date will take place at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire on September 29th 2011.

The band recently launched the music video for their current single “The Runner,” alongside a thumping electro-rock remix by The Joy Formidable. The music video, directed by the controversial and Oscar shortlisted-duo Darkfibre, is a stunning mini-masterpiece described as being “sexy, playful and naughty but also profound, raw and honest." “The Runner” can be viewed here.
