Dead Fly Buchowski recently signed to Beggars Banquet and have had a great live review from the NME.

Quoted from their biography:

'Dead Fly Buchowski, the best thing to come out of Scotland since Scotch Whisky (and as rock 'n' roll). Emerging from the prolific and diverse underground of the Glasgow music scene, the band are ready to take over the world and save rock 'n' roll. Dead Fly Buchowski are one of the best live bands you will ever see. Fact.'

About the band's frontman and what their music sounds like:

'their front man sounds like Eric Burdon baring the depths of his soul. A ferocious, growling passion-fuelled monster of a voice that sends shivers down your spine and butterflies through your stomach. Musically it's an undeniably powerful, raw and relentless force of fuzz-and-psych edged blues influenced rock 'n' roll.

This is the band to watch for in 2005. There are no contenders.'

Dead Fly Buchowski's debut single, 'Blackout', will be released on 17th January 2005.
