Pint Shot Riot single news

Pint Shot Riot release their sprightly new single, ‘Hazy Days’ on 27th September 2010 through Life In The Big City Recordings. ‘Hazy Days’ has been mixed by Barny Barnicott (Kasabian, Temper Trap, Arctic Monkeys) and produced by Peter Miles (The King Blues) and is taken from the band’s debut album expected in early 2011. The single was recorded at Peter’s residential studio in Holne Bridge, Ashburton, Devon.

‘Hazy Days’ is an inner city tale of life before and after a whirlwind romance; the perfect song to reminisce over any summer romance. The accompanying video was shot in the grounds of Kenilworth Castle just outside the band’s hometown of Coventry and features up-and-coming actress Jaymie Addicott.

On the live circuit the band have been making a name for themselves, regularly headlining and selling out the 1,000 capacity Kasbah club in their hometown of Coventry, as well as notching up support slots for the likes of Band Of Skulls, We Are Scientists, Glasvegas and The Enemy to name a few. Lead singer Rocket has also acoustically supported Pete Doherty when he came to Coventry for one of his solo shows.
