Welcome to The Music Fix

Fed up with the same, tired scene-driven music websites? Then welcome to The Music Fix, a bold, new, fast moving hub for all of your music news, views and reviews. Brought to you by Poisonous Monkey Ltd and based around a number of regional hubs The Music Fix’s harem of eager contributors are on a mission to provide the UK with a first choice resource for finding out about the freshest new talent and keeping up to date with more estalished acts. Join us as The Music Fix establishes itself at the forefront of the on-line music community.

Publisher of The Music Fix, Colin Polonowski said "The Music Fix is set to become a leading light in the online music scene. Our team is working hard to ensure that the site becomes a must-stop portal on every music fan's daily online travels". Content Editor, Douglas Baptie adds "Our contributors are all free to be passionate about music without being ham-strung by the need to toe some editorial line about what’s supposedly hot or not. Most people enjoy different kinds of music and the content and coverage TMF offers reflects that."

To celebrate the launch of the new site, The Music Fix is planning to run a number of competitions and take part in various other promotions.

The Music Fix slots into Poisonous Monkey Ltd's portfolio of websites including DVD Times, The DVD Forums, Price Devil and FilmJournal.net to create a nationally - and internationally - recognised brand of content attracting almost 2 MILLION visitors every month. Poisonous Monkey's previous music-centred site CD Times will be archived, with over 5,000 news items, reviews and features remaining accessible via The Music Fix, alongside newly created content.

We need your help

Running a website like The Digital Fix - especially one with over 20 years of content and an active community - costs lots of money and we need your help. As advertising income for independent sites continues to contract we are looking at other ways of supporting the site hosting and paying for content.

You can help us by using the links on The Digital Fix to buy your films, games and music and we ask that you try to avoid blocking our ads if you can. You can also help directly for just a few pennies per day via our Patreon - and you can even pay to have ads removed from the site entirely.
