Oops! Zavvi mistakenly email thousands of customers to tell them they've won a trip to Madrid
Spare a thought this afternoon to the poor Zavvi employee who accidentally sent a blanket email to thousands of customers telling them they'd won a trip the UEFA Champion's League Final in Madrid and the company's social media and customer support team who are now undergoing a barrage of abuse from people who won't be jetting off to Spain.
We're not sure how it happened yet, but it the company are currently blaming a technical glitch.
Zavvi had initially posted on their social accounts that there was a technical issue, but both the Tweet and Facebook post have since been removed.
