Blizzard have started offering instant refunds to players who purchased Warcraft III: Reforged

The release of Warcraft III: Reforged has been controversial - mainly due to the fact that the product was never ready for release and riddled with bugs and issues. Having undergone a review bombing campaign on Metacritic that saw the 'User Score' drop to a record 0.5/100, it seems Blizzard have decided to refund anyone who is unhappy with their purchase.

The release had mostly average reviews across the gaming press with many saying that the remaster was not worth the cost of the upgrade. However the Metascore of 61 certainly doesn't reflect the overall broken nature of the game.
