The Witcher 2 on 360 delayed

Platforms: Android | Microsoft Xbox 360

For those who have been looking forward to The Witcher 2 on Xbox 360 prepare to be a little upset. Developers CD Projekt RED have today announced (via VG247) that the title is being moved from Q4 2011 to Q1 2012. Probably for the best really as Q4 2011 is looking very crowded indeed.

Adam Kicinski, the CD Projekt RED big cheese stated “The extra time will allow us to polish the title to perfection, so that the game offers an ideally balanced, fantastic experience to gamers. As the launch of the game approaches, we will be sharing more details how it will be released on Xbox 360. I trust that despite the release date shift, players will be satisfied with what we are planning for them,”.

THQ will be publishing the game early next year.
