Steam in legal hot water

Platforms: Android

Valve’s market-changing Steam software, arguably the first and last word in the digital distribution market, may soon be taken to court by the Federation of German Consumer Organisations over its terms of service, MCV reported earlier this week.

Who really “owns” the software has been a thorny topic for some time now, as Microsoft so recently learned… Do you care about this? Or is it worth exchanging a few rights for the convenience of delivery (and let's not forget that Summer Sale)?
