Ubisoft has announced a load of new content is coming to Starlink: Battle for Atlas on April 30th, including new paid Star Fox DLC exclusive to Nintendo Switch, the major Crimson Moon update, and a full PC release.
All Starlink players will be getting the Crimson Moon update for free which includes a bunch of new content. Players will be able to explore the Crimson Moon, compete in split-screen races, compete in a wave-attack mode in the Crimson Coliseum, and complete new story missions.
Available as paid DLC alongside the Crimson Moon update is the addition of five new pilots, three new starships, and eleven new weapons.
Also available on April 30th alongside the Crimson Moon update is new definitely-not-free Star Fox DLC coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch.
This paid DLC will see players hunting down the Star Wolf team, Andrew, Pigma, and Leon, in a series of new missions. Peppy, Falco, and Slippy will become playable with the DLC too, with their own abilities and skill trees. The DLC will cost $11.99 and will be available digitally on April 30th.
These announcements signal that perhaps the well-received Starlink is performing better than expected, especially after Ubisoft ceased production of the Starlink: Battle for Atlas physical toys due to low sales.
