Pokémon Centre pop-up arriving in London this OctoberPlatforms: Nintendo Switch
The Pokémon Company has announced that London will be getting a pop-up Pokémon Centre in Westfield Shepherd's Bush. The Centre will open from the 18th October to the 15th November.
The company currently only has Pokémon Centre's in Japan, Singapore, and the US, so the chance to purchase official Pokémon goodies in the UK, if only for a month, is an exciting prospect for many fans.
It's not just the chance to visit the pristine stores and buy items you could just as easily buy online, the London pop-up will feature exclusive Pokémon products you can't buy anywhere else. Expect the London theme to feature prominently.
More information on the UK's first Pokémon Centre will arrive in the coming months, The Pokémon Company has announced. While you wait, check out the first mock-up of the London Centre, which was released on GamesPress today.
The London pop-up is almost definitely arriving just in time to celebrate the launch of Pokémon Sword and Shield on Nintendo Switch, which releases on November 15th, the day the Pokémon Centre is scheduled to disappear.
Let's hope the pop-up is also acting as a tester for a permanent UK based Pokémon Centre down the line.
