Arkham City gets 3D mode

Platforms: Sony PlayStation 3 | Microsoft Xbox 360 | PC

The upcoming Batman: Arkham City will be playable in 3D for gamers with, or without, 3D compatible HDTVs.


Batman: Arkham City, which is released on 21st October on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC looks set to build upon the brilliant original from Rocksteady Studios.

Gamers will be able to play Arkham City in either Stereoscopic or Anaglyphic 3D for the Xbox 360 and PS3. Meanwhile PC players will be able to enjoy the game in NVIDIA 3D Vision.

Stereoscopic 3D is available to those with a 3D HDTV. However fan with a HDTV will also be able to experience Batman: Arkham City in 3D with the anaglyphic 3D mode. The technology is compatible with all high definition TV sets and visible to players wearing 3D glasses available for the video game.
