Want to be friends with Jeff Goldblum? Jurassic World Evolution might give you just what you want!
Frontier Developments have pretty much guaranteed a game that sells like hot cakes with the news that Jurassic World Evolution will see you joined throughout the game by Jeff Goldblum's Ian Malcolm.
The game will see you create your own dinosaur amusement park - much like a slightly more dangerous Zoo Tycoon, you'll be in charge of the park layout, paddocks and then the ancient beasts themselves.
Jurassic World Evolution is coming to PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One this summer following the release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in cinemas this June.
Universal, in partnership with Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV), today announced Jeff Goldblum will return to the role of Dr. Ian Malcolm for the upcoming video game, Jurassic World Evolution, available this Summer for PC, the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, and the Xbox One all-in-one games and entertainment system. Based on Universal Pictures’ record-setting film franchise and created in collaboration with Universal, the game expands on the original Jurassic World mythology and puts players in charge of the Park, where they will have the opportunity to create and manage their own Jurassic World.
Today, Jeff Goldblum shared a video message announcing his return as Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic World Evolution. To preview and download the message, click here.
Jeff Goldblum first appeared as Dr. Ian Malcolm in 1993’s Jurassic Park and will reprise his role as the iconic character when Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom™ arrives in theaters in June 2018.
Jurassic World Evolution tells an all-new story that touches on key characters and events from across the Jurassic World film franchise. Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcolm guides players through the moral choices and tactical decisions that will test their building and management skills as they attempt to successfully run their own Jurassic World.
Jurassic World Evolution places players in control of operations on the legendary island of Isla Nublar and the surrounding islands of the Muertes Archipelago. Players will build their own Jurassic World as they bioengineer new dinosaur breeds and construct attractions, containment and research facilities. Every choice leads to a different path and spectacular challenges arise when “life finds a way.”
Jurassic World Evolution will launch Summer 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
