Platforms: Android

To celebrate the next installment into the iconic ‘Halo’ franchise, Microsoft is inviting the media, YouTubers and fans from across the UK to the Roundhouse Theater in London. The Theater will be transformed by the Xbox crew into an exclusive “Halo 5: Guardians” launch event on October 26th.

The event will be packed with features to excite all fans of the Halo franchise.
Proceedings will start with a two and a half hour livestream at 7.30pm GMT, which will feature never before campaign gameplay, tournaments pitting game fans against Youtube's gaming stars and celebrity guest appearances.
The UK exclusive stream will be followed by a six hour global stream, connecting fans across the world, and will feature exclusive gameplay reveals and live interviews with the 343 Industries development team.

“‘Halo 5: Guardians’ is the game we have always dreamed of making, and it was important to us that Halo fans in every corner of the world could join us in an epic-scale launch celebration,” said Bonnie Ross, Corporate Vice President and Head of 343 Industries. “Whether they tune into the live broadcast on YouTube or come out and celebrate with us in person at one of our global fan events, we hope Halo Nation will help make ‘Halo 5: Guardians’ the biggest game launch in Xbox history.”

Halo 5: Guardians is due for release exclusively to Xbox One on 27 October, for more information on Halo 5: Guardians, stay tuned at The Digital Fix.
