Alien: Blackout is a new mobile semi-sequel to Alien: Isolation
Widely considered to be the best Alien video game to date, fans had their hopes high that Alien: Isolation might be getting a sequel following teases at The Game Awards last year and more recently this week on Twitter.
We can now reveal that Alien: Blackout is indeed on the way, but it's not the full sequel everyone was hoping.
The mobile game will continue the story of Amanda Ripley, daughter of Sigourney Weaver's Ellen Ripley of the films, in a strategy spin off that sees you attempting to give Ripley and her crew a fighting chance of surviving a xenomorph onslaught on a space station.
