We aim to please here at The Digital Fix, so when one of our listeners requested an episode dedicated to Tobe Hooper we were compelled to comply! OK it’s taken us the better part of a year to get round to it, but better late than never right... right? So here we are, 30 episodes into our podcasting journey with a special episode dedicated entirely to the career of a man who created one of the most important and seminal horror movies of all time and then spent the next 40yrs living in the shadow of that achievement. To say Hooper’s career is hit and miss is akin to suggesting Mel Gibson likes a tipple or two, but that’s why we love him and that’s why he’s such a fascinating subject for discussion! So sit back and let’s get started!

Episode 30 contributors: John White (host), Mike Sutton, and Matt Shingleton
