This Week's UK Cinema Releases

Week Commencing March 26th 2018

Easter is in the air and with the kids being out of school so comes a number of films aimed at the younger audience. Duck Duck Goose and Midnight Sun cover the under ten's to teenagers, with Spielberg's Ready Player hoping to scoop up every age group possible. Wes Anderson's new film, Isle of Dogs (say it slowly) may be a return to animation but is definitely not targeted at children. Kay Cannon's Blockers looks set to be a huge success, turning the tables on young male comedies, while in Journeyman Paddy Considine looks at the life of a boxer after his career has been ended. The Islands and the Whales is also a documentary worth seeing about the changing face of the Faroe Islands.
